This fast-paced, high-energy event will showcase talented local chefs as they battle it out in a live cooking showdown, creating dishes on the spot using surprise ingredients. While the chefs race against the clock, guests will enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks in a lively cocktail-style atmosphere. Hosted by Jamarcus Gaston of WSPA’s Your Carolina, the evening promises thrilling entertainment, delicious bites, and an opportunity to support Hub City Roots’ mission to strengthen our local food system.
